Presentation instructions

Access key guidelines for presenting at CIDiER 2026, including templates and best practices

Session Access

  • Access links for each session will be sent via email prior to the conference.
  • Please make sure to check your inbox in advance and keep the access information readily available.

Presenter Availability and Communication

  • If the designated presenter is unable to attend, this must be communicated in advance to the organizing committee.
  • Clear and timely communication is essential to ensure the proper coordination of sessions and to avoid delays during the conference.

Pre-Session Preparation

  • Presenters are required to join their session at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation time.
  • This time will be used to perform audio and video checks and ensure that all technical aspects are working properly.

Presentation Requirement for Publication

  • Only papers that are presented during the conference will be included in the official proceedings.
  • We kindly emphasize that presentation is a mandatory requirement for publication, without exception.

Language Policy for Presentations

  • Presentations may be delivered in English or Spanish.
  • However, all submitted and accepted papers must be written and published in English, in accordance with the conference’s academic and publication standards.

Presentation Duration

  • Each presentation slot has a maximum duration of 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Presenters are expected to strictly adhere to the assigned time limits to ensure the proper flow of the sessions.

To ensure consistency across all sessions, presenters are encouraged to use the official CIDiER presentation template.
