Submission Guidelines
Essential guidelines for preparing and submitting your manuscript to CIDiER 2026
General Information
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research contributions related to renewable energy and energy systems. Submissions must present significant scientific or technical advances and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Language Policy
All papers must be written and submitted in English. This ensures consistency in the peer-review process and international dissemination of the published work.
Publication
Accepted papers will be published as part of the Green Energy and Technology (GREEN) book series by Springer and indexed in Scopus (Q3)
Submission and Review Process
The submission and review process of CIDiER consists of the following stages:
1. Initial Submission
- Authors must submit a PDF version of the manuscript through the official submission platform

The manuscript must be anonymized:
- • No author names
- • No affiliations
- • No identifying information
2. Peer Review
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process
- Papers are evaluated by an international panel of reviewers
3. Revision Stage (if applicable)
Authors receiving a minor or major revision decision must submit:
- A revised version of the paper (changes clearly highlighted, e.g. in yellow), and
- A response to reviewers (rebuttal letter)
Both documents must be included in a single PDF file.
4. Final decision
- Authors will receive the final decision (acceptance or rejection)
- Only accepted papers proceed to publication
5. Camera-Ready Submission
For accepted papers:

Authors must submit:
- • The final PDF version, and
- • The editable Word version
The final version must include:
- Author names
- Affiliations
- Acknowledgements (if applicable)
Paper Format
- Papers must follow the official CIDiER template
- Maximum length: 10 pages included
- Additional pages are allowed with an extra fee
- Submissions must comply with formatting and structural requirements

Revised Submissions (Rebuttal)
Authors must submit a single PDF file that includes:
- The revised manuscript, and
- A detailed response to reviewers (rebuttal letter)
Important Notes
- Papers must be original and not previously published
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration
- Accepted papers must be presented during the conference
