What does the Paper Registration include?
The paper registration fee covers:
- Presentation of one accepted paper
- Participation of all co-authors as attendees in the virtual conference
- Certificate of participation for all authors
- Inclusion in the official conference program and proceedings
Page Limit Policy
- Each paper registration includes up to 10 pages
- Additional pages are charged at 30 USD per page
- There is no strict maximum, but all papers must comply with formatting standards
Discount Policy
Discounts are not cumulative. Only one discount may be applied per registration. In case of eligibility for multiple discounts, the highest applicable discount will be applied.
Returning Authors (CIDiER)
Authors who have participated in previous editions of CIDiER receive a:
- 10% discount on the base registration fee
Multiple Papers (Same Author)
Authors with more than one accepted paper receive:
- 15% discount on the base registration fee for each additional paper

- The discount applies only to the base fee (250 USD)
- Additional pages are NOT included in the discount and are charged separately
